Beyond is cloud hospital management software provided on subscription for hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres. Access is given to the hospital that signs up and to the users it creates.
The patient and hospital data you enter belongs to you. We store it in a database dedicated to your hospital and do not sell or share it. You are responsible for obtaining patient consent as required by the laws of your country. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
Plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Renewing before expiry starts the new period after the current end date. Taxes are added as applicable. Refunds are handled case by case.
After expiry there is a grace period with full access, then a read-only period where data can be viewed and downloaded, after which the account may be suspended. Data is kept safe for a limited time as per our retention policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other hospitals' data, or use it for unlawful activity.
The service is provided as is. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your own tax and legal compliance.
